Cancellation and Return Policy

1. Returns and Refunds
You have 5 days from the date you receive your product to contact us to request a refund or replacement. Once you contact us within this window, you have 30 days to return the product for a full refund or replacement.
Exclusions: Customized items and digital items are not eligible for return or refund. Customized items are personalized and cannot be resold, and digital items are considered delivered upon transmission.
2. Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in their original condition. While you must return the item in its original condition, you are welcome to use your own packaging for the return shipment.
3. Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: If the product arrives in good condition and matches the description, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Store Responsibility: We will cover the return shipping costs only if the product arrives faulty or damaged.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within one hour of purchase for a guaranteed full refund. After one hour, the product enters production. While we will try our best to stop production if you contact us late, cancellation is not guaranteed.
- If a cancellation request is made after one hour but before the item has shipped, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
