𝗠𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀: For severe damage or significant color errors, we provide a partial refund or a full order remake.

𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗥: These mahjong tiles are hand-carved and hand-colored. Small differences in color, alignment, or size are normal due to the custom printing process. Any minor ink overflow can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacements.
