What kind of paper and ink do you use for your art prints?
Our art prints are produced on museum-quality paper using archival inks to guarantee they last a lifetime without fading or losing color.
How do you ship your art prints?
Depending on the size and type of the product, prints are either packed in a sturdy protective envelope or rolled in a protective tube and shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS depending on the destination.
How long is the production time (processing time)?
Production times and transit times are listed separately during checkout before purchase.
Production time varies based on the type of item being made for you. We make and ship most items from our studio within 1 to 3 business days.
If, for some reason, production times get longer, you will be notified via the Etsy messaging system.
What is your returns and cancellations policy?
After you place an order, it takes us a few hours to send it for printing. During this period, you still have a chance to cancel your order and get a full refund. Once we send you an ETSY message and email saying that we started the processing, cancelations are not accepted, but you can still return your order and get a refund.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within five days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
As soon as we receive your order back, we'll issue a full refund or replace it, depending on your request. Please note: We do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately, no, but depending on the product type, we ship to several countries.
Can I use your artwork for commercial purpose?
You are not permitted to use, share, reproduce, or distribute our products or product images for commercial use or resale in any form.
You are not permitted to use our artwork to edit or make changes to, then, in turn, use it for commercial use or resale in any form.
