This personalized listing involves active communication between you and us and your approval of the sample we share before we send the order to be printed. The only two ways we can reach you are via Etsy messages and email. Suppose you don't respond to our messages within three days. In that case, we will assume you approved the sample we shared with you and proceed with printing on the fourth day, in which case a refund or replacement with sample disapproval as a reason is not available.

Step 1: Uploading and Sending the Photo
Use the Etsy messaging system to send us a photo. Provide a brief message describing how you imagine the final image.
Step 2: Choosing the Sample
We will respond the same or the next business with three sample images. Carefully review each option. Please select the sample image you like the most and inform us of your choice through the messaging system.
Step 3: Purchasing the Product
After letting us know which sample you like the most, you can go ahead and make a purchase.
Step 4: Completion
We will print and ship your wall art the same or the next business day.

The process of creating this piece resembles the natural painting process. Still, it's performed on a touch-sensitive display using various tools and techniques including virtual brushes, pens, paint, textures, effects, artificial intelligence, and other elements that allow for a new level of creativity, resulting in fully organic, stunningly realistic, yet surreal-looking artwork. Like with real brushes and paint, the nature of this work doesn't allow for the same results by repeating the painting process.

Your transaction information will be stored on the Etsy system as long as I have my store on Etsy or until Etsy deletes it. I will not spam you or solicit you using the information provided to me.
Our art prints are produced on museum-quality paper using archival inks to guarantee they last a lifetime without fading or losing color.
Depending on the size and type of the product, prints are either packed in a sturdy protective envelope or rolled in a protective tube and shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS depending on the destination.
Production times and transit times are listed separately during checkout before purchase.
Production time varies based on the type of item being made for you. We make and ship most items from our studio within 1 to 3 business days.
If, for some reason, production times get longer, you will be notified via the Etsy messaging system.
After you place an order, it takes us a few hours to send it for printing. During this period, you still have a chance to cancel your order and get a full refund. Once we send you an ETSY message and email saying that we started the processing, cancelations are not accepted, but you can still return your order and get a refund.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within five days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
As soon as we receive your order back, we'll issue a full refund or replace it, depending on your request. Please note: We do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
