Dreamframer Art

THE ARTWORK

This shop sells prints of original artwork by Dreamframer. Prints sold in this shop are not available in brick-and-mortar shops or by third parties. Find more info on the artist in the bio section below.

THE INKS

The artwork is printed using professional printers with fade-resistant, museum-grade pigment-based inks which provide a superior color range compared to other types of inks. This type of printing is called "Giclée" and is widely preferred in fine art and photography circles.

THE PAPER

The artwork is printed on museum-grade cold press 100% cotton rag watercolor paper. At 300gsm and 19.5 mil, this paper has an impressive feel and weight, and the watercolor style surface delivers creative, high-end visual impact adding depth to fine art. Because of the bright white surface, the paper delivers a wide color gamut and deep blacks.

EXTRA BORDER

In this shop, you can choose to add a white border around your print. This border makes framing a lot easier if your frame has a mat. The border goes behind a mat, and it should be taped to the mat with a little piece of tape.
However, if your frame doesn't contain a mat and you need to place the print inside the frame opening from edge to edge, then you might want to purchase a borderless print. For more info on this, please check product photos.

PRODUCTION DETAILS

Our prints are produced in the USA to ensure the use of the highest quality materials and every print is produced only after the order is placed. The time between ordering and shipping is approximately 4 days unless stated differently in the shop announcement section.

ARTIST BIO

Ivan Paunovic is an artist with an extensive portfolio that spans fine art, music, and photography. You can easily spot his work if you search Google for Dreamframer, which is the alias he is using to sign his art.
He grew up in the Balkans, known for art spanning numerous cultures. At 14, he began creating photography and music, and through the years, he won three first-place awards in Serbian Music Festivals, published his first CD on a major Serbian label, and sold hundreds of tracks now featured in films, documentaries, and commercials.
He won second place at the International Miniature Photography Festival in Belgrade, and his photographs are used in thousands of books, magazines, and websites.
Being a digital artist, he became interested in fine art created using digital mediums. The process of creating such art resembles the natural process, but it's performed on a touch-sensitive display using virtual brushes, pens, paint, textures, and other elements that altogether allow for a completely new level of creativity, resulting in stunningly realistic yet surreal-looking artwork.
He finds the inspiration for his artwork in his photographs and photographs of other people who allow editing and use of their photos for commercial purposes.
